Additional Info on INFLUENZA A(H1N1) Pandemic - Part 3

Management of Influenza Patients

Physically separate the patient with influenza from non-ill persons living in the home as much as possible. A separate room should be set up so that the sick person can be isolated. To set up a separate room, you may need extra bedding supplies, including sheets, towels and plastic mattress covers.

What you need to know in the event of Pandemic?

How will the UN help you?

The UN has a website currently residing on iSeek (www.un.org/staff/pandemic) that will keep all staff informed worldwide about the spread of the disease and its effect on staff members. The website operates in stand-alone mode on the internet and provides information about the current situation for UN personnel in each major duty station of the Secretariat along with appropriate links to the agencies, funds and programmes.

Are you at Risk?

Seasonal influenza

Everyone is at risk of getting seasonal influenza. It passes easily from person to person through droplets expelled from the nose and mouth of an infected person. These droplets can pass directly into the nose, mouth or eyes of a person who is nearby (less than 1 meter, or 3 feet, away) or indirectly when a person touches surfaces that droplets have fallen onto and then touches his or her nose, mouth or eyes before washing hands. Crowded, indoor environments may promote the chances of such transmission, which may explain the increase in respiratory infections during the winter months.

Info on the Influenza A(H1N1) Pandemic

Introduction

What is the new influenza A (H1N1) virus that has been causing recent outbreaks globally?
The recent outbreaks of disease in people globally are caused by a new influenza (or “flu”) type A (H1N1) virus. There is a human H5N1 virus circulating and causing seasonal influenza and in the past, very occasionally, H1N1 viruses from swine have infected humans. The specific type of the H1N1 virus causing illness now is new or “novel” and in the current outbreak it is clear that this virus is able to infect humans and be passed from person to person. Although part of the virus may have originated from pigs, there is no evidence that the current spread of infection is coming from that source.

What You Need To Know About Influenza A(H1N1)

What is the influenza A (H1N1)?
Influenza A (H1N1) is an acute respiratory disease that is highly contagious.

How do people get infected?
Like the common flu, this virus can be spread when an infected person coughs or sneezes, dispersing infected droplets onto surfaces or into the air. People who come into contact with such surfaces or breathe in contaminated air can become infected. The virus has led to a deadly outbreak in Mexico. From Mexico, it has spread to other parts of the world when visitors returned to their home countries.

Previously named swine flu, Influenza A (H1N1) has not been shown to transmit through eating pork that has been handled and cooked properly.

What are the symptoms?
The symptoms of influenza A (H1N1) are similar to the common flu. These include high fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose and breathlessness. Because of the similarities in symptoms, only laboratory tests can confirm whether a person has been infected by the virus. Experts believe that like the common flu, symptoms can appear within 7 days of infection.

One in three infected people do not exhibit any symptoms. This makes containing the disease difficult as carriers or those with mild symptoms can unwittingly spread the infection to others.

What are the implications of being infected?
Influenza A (H1N1) has killed at least 66 people in Mexico and made over 2895 ill there. 39 countries have officially reported 8480 cases of influenza A (H1N1) infection.* For each person that is infected, more will be at risk. This makes it even more important to know about influenza A (H1N1) and take action against it.

Is there any cure for influenza A (H1N1)?
Reports have stated that Tamiflu, a drug for flu treatment may be effective. Authorities are also recommending two influenza neuraminidase inhibitors, oseltamivir and zanamivir, to stop the virus from reproducing in the body. However, it is best to take precautions to prevent infection.

What precautions can I take to protect myself against influenza A (H1N1)?
Because influenza A (H1N1) is highly contagious, extra caution should be exercised. Take precautions to avoid infection by:

•Not having any close contact with people who are having flu symptoms, and practicing good personal hygiene if you have to come into close contact with them.

•Washing hands thoroughly with soap frequently.

•Maintaining a strong immune system by getting adequate sleep, eating nutritious food, and exercising regularly.

If you are feeling unwell, especially if you exhibit flu symptoms, see a doctor and stay at home to prevent spreading any virus to others.

The Health Benefits of Lavender

(Lavender Joy from 1800Flowers.com)

Mothers day is fast approaching and almost everyone would be scrambling to get their hands on a good bouquet of Mothers day flowers to give mom on her special day. There are several types, varieties and arrangements available making it hard for people to choose the best set for their mothers. My suggestion would be to offer her a good jar of properly arranged lavenders, which does not only look striking as the photo above, but also has certain health benefits that I did not know existed before.

These flowers give off a classic fragrance that has been used since the days of old and were used by both the ancient Greeks and Romans. The form that grows in the Mediterranean was thought to be a love herb and was poured or sprinkled on top of someone's head.

The benefits of aromatheraphy using these scents has been documented including its nerve-soothing abilities, as well as its sedative and spasmolytic qualities. Oils from this plant were also used to treat psoriasis and eczema and when mixed with vegetable oil, it can be used as a soothing lotion. When used in baths, it can relieve itchiness and neuralgic pain. It is also used as an insect repellent which can be a good way to protect your home from dengue viruses brought by mosquitoes.

Pacquiao, Boxing, Getting Fit and Tennis Tips from Nachshon Draiman

Ouch! That must have hurt. I don't know though what would hurt more for Hatton - his bloodied nose and face after Pacquaio's stong punches, or his ego after being beaten by a "lowly" Filipino in less than two rounds.

Anyway, Pacquaio is 12 Million Dollars richer (not counting the Pay-per-View proceeds) which will definitely send thousands of boxing hopefuls to gyms across the country to train and possibly make it big like their idol Manny Pacquaio. A negligible percentage would probably get headway though, although it would probably be of a less grander scale than Pacquaio's. But at least these people would try to get fit and in shape instead of bumming around on street corners, watching people pass them by or spend the whole day drinking gin or cheap whisky until they pass out and sprawl at the same street corner as if they were at the receiving end of Pacquaio's left hook.

As for me, boxing was never my thing. I have the height of a lightweight but the poundage of a heavyweight.... professional wrestler. Although I did train for some martial arts stuff, I would lack the speed and agility required for a pound-per-pound boxer.

What I do like to explore though is the game of tennis. My father used to play squash, tennis and badmidton and has all the equipment he needs at his disposal to pursue these games. When my parents migrated to the United States, he left his equipment here in the Philippines and nobody was using them ever since. Well, it's time for me to use these tools and get myself back into shape.

Searching the net for tennis tips, I came across the blog by Nachshon Draiman. The entries made by Nachshon Draiman were quite informative, practical and easy to implement on your own that I would like to try them out myself.

The tennis tips written by Nachshon Draiman range from conditioning drills, to improving your serve, and even some tips on online tennis lessons. I would try to go over these tips one by one and see for myself how effective they are in improving my game.... or well, at least get some proper exercise.

That's a lot better that being beaten to a pulp by the likes of Manny Pacquaio.

Healthier Sugars to Satisfy Your "Sweet Tooth"

The healthiest form of sugar is from whole foods such as fruits and vegetables. These whole-food sugars also come with micronutrients known as fiber, enzymes, complete vitamins, organic minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals. Both scientific literature and clinical experience show that diets high in fiber, fruits, vegetables and herbal teas significantly reduce the occurrence of host of deadly diseases.

But here is a list of sugars that are the "next best thing" to the sugar in fruits and vegetables. They contain some nutrients, but do still have a fairly high glycemic index:

•Agave nectar—from a cactus-like plant in Mexico.

•Fructose (Levulose)—found in many foods in combination with glucose and galactose such as: honey, tree fruits, berries, melons, beets, sweet potatoes, parsnips and onions.

•Sugar Alcohols—sorbitol, mannitol and xylitol (wood sugar or birch sugar).

•Rice Syrup—from rice and sprouted grains (maltose being the main sugar type).

•Turbinado—raw sugar cane juice that has been dehydrated, colored and then crystallized. Consider it a partially refined sugar.

•Fruit Juice Concentrate—remaining sugar from apples, devoid of most of its fiber, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

•Date or Kiwi Sugar—made from dehydrated ground dates or kiwis.

•Grade B Maple Syrup (unrefined)—from maple tree sap.

•Unsulphured Molasses—made from the juice of sun-ripened cane, blackstrap molasses is the residue of the cane syrup after the sugar crystals have been separated.

•Sucanat—non-refined cane sugar that hasn’t had the molasses removed from it.

•Rapadura—essentially pure dried sugarcane juice much like sucanat.

•Raw Honey—made by bees and typically only sold in health food stores.

•Stevia—a sweet natural herb powder.

Quality Homecare for Elderly Loved Ones

A healthy living consciousness and advancements in modern medicines have resulted in longer life spans for the average American, resulting in a considerable increase in the Senior Citizen population. Although this means that people have more time and opportunity to spend with their elderly loved ones, however people should realize that they should prepare more to provide needed care and convenience for their loved ones.

As people grow old, they have learned to accept that their bodies are not what they used to be. Most have developed certain medical conditions that make it difficult for them to perform daily task. In Arizona, common elderly-related conditions range from vision impairments to mobility incapacities and could be as serious as Dementia and Alzheimer's. Such conditions require professional Phoenix homecare services that not only provide excellent adult care assistance, but have compassionate and friendly caregivers that treat the people they are caring for as their own family.

Photos courtesy of www.adultcareassistance.com

There are several Homecare Phoenix providers that offer such adult day care services and even convalescent care for people with certain medical conditions. Before committing to a particular Home Care Phoenix service provider, you need to choose a company that can support the specific needs of your elderly loved ones and match them with efficient and professional caregivers, nurses and physicians. You also need to look into their experience in providing well-rounded adult home care services that provides a wide selection of excellent senior living options for your elderly and provide them with an independent and comfortable lifestyle.

Shed Those Extra Pounds with DANCERCISE at Han Wok Blue Wave

I just had one of the best lunch experiences in years yesterday. And it was Chinese cuisine!

I accepted the invitation from Mr. Jack Wong and wife Helen, fellow entrepreneurs from Wong Group of Companies to come and visit their Han Wok Chinese Restaurant at the Blue Wave Commercial Complex at D. Macapagal Avenue. I was really glad that I did. Together with Jack and Helen, we were joined by Jo Frando of Taxmaster Accounting Services, Nathaniel Torilla of Han Wok Blue Wave and Rome Sherriff Montoya of Worldnet Business Center over lunch. They were a really cool group and I had a chance to learn more about Wong Group of Companies and their world-class services.

(from left: Nathan Torilla, Rome Montoya, who's that bald guy?, Jack Wong, Helen Wong and Jo Frando)

We were served with Sautéed Squid with Bell peppers, with really tender and tasty squid with just the right touch of chili and spices. Another dish was their Chami special, one of the best pancit dish I've ever tasted. Not to be outdone was the Fried String Beans with Minced Pork that tingles the palate with just the right combination of vegetables and meat. But my favorite was the Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, which I mistakenly thought of as pork due to the very tasty morsels that I began to lose count of calories I'm ingesting.

Well, got to shed those extra pounds after, and Han Wok is also showing us how to do just that!

Jack Wong and his staff at Han Wok have the commitment to serve Filipinos with their motto "Eat Well, Live Well". In line with this concept, they have introduced the DANCERCISE Classes every Saturday and Sunday mornings this March. Everyone is invited to participate and enjoy a dynamic, high-energy workout with a mix of aerobics, strength training and dance. After a rigorous Dancercise routine, you can all head to Han Wok Restaurant and enjoy a healthy breakfast. This is truly eating well and living well!

The Wonders of the Lowly Eggplant

Cure cancer with EGGPLANT?!

That's C-U-R-E, not just improve -- one of today's most common and scariest cancers?

Usually in under 3 months!

Hear about the 80,000 success stories and not one case of cancer coming back...
How did this one get covered up?

(BALTIMORE, MD)

EGGPLANT! And the latest research isn't from some fly-by-night outfit that you'd be afraid to take your dog to - but the Royal London Hospital.

Virtually the entire medical press ignored this natural discovery. But one courageous M.D. broke the news - and has spent his career proving that nobody does it better than Mother Nature. Some even say he's changing modern medicine...

Could a true cancer cure with a 100% success rate get COVERED UP?

Even if it has 80,000 success stories and a 26 year track record?

Dear Health-conscious Friend:

Would you believe that an extract from eggplant could cure -- that's cure, not just improve -- the majority of non-melanoma skin cancers (squamous and basal cell cancers), usually in three months or less? This may seem like an outrageous claim, but researchers have known about these incredible results for over 20 years!

It might have remained a secret for another two decades if award-winning doctor Jonathan Wright, M.D. hadn't published the research -- and dared tell the truth: It's a cure! Just look at the proof:

'It's a cure!' -- straight from Royal London Hospital's double-blind, placebo controlled study.

Using a form of eggplant extract called BEC5, doctors treated both invasive and non-invasive non-melanoma skin cancers. The results were equal to those resulting from invasive surgery, minus the scars. And doctors concluded: 'In our view and experience, BEC5 is...safe and effective...it is a cost-effective treatment for both primary and secondary skin cancer.'

Even more importantly, follow-up research on patients who used BEC5 shows once their cancer went away, it did not recur.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg. You'll hear how careful patient records kept since the 1980's show...

Success in 80,000 cases with ZERO return of the cancer!

Over 80,000 patients have used it successfully. Microscopic analysis consistently shows death of all cancer cells. Better yet, no cancer has ever returned.

Best of all, BEC5 does not kill any healthy human cells. With microscopic precision, it selects and eliminates only the cancer cells. Healthy cells are not affected in any way by the treatment.

A major breakthrough?
You bet!

More than a million new cases of non-melanoma skin cancer will be diagnosed in the U.S. this year alone.

Yet this same eggplant breakthrough is so safe and effective, it can even be used cosmetically -- to eradicate age spots, sun spots and 'pre-cancers' called actinic keratoses.

It's non-invasive, non-toxic and so easy to use, you can do it at home. Simple as smoothing on skin cream.

So how did our mighty medical press miss this one?

How come you never saw anything about it...not in magazines...not on TV...not even on the internet?

Because of modern medicine's 'golden rule' -- those with the gold make the rules!
And this astonishingly cheap, effective cancer cure has just one unfortunate drawback...

It threatens the pocketbooks of pharmaceutical firms, dermatology clinics and plastic surgeons. (And the eggplant lobby isn't nearly as powerful as you might imagine.)
This medical 'maverick' has been swimming against the current to pioneer natural cures the FDA has swept under the rug.

His contemporaries call him the greatest genius in alternative medicine.
In fact, they recently awarded him their discipline's highest honor for a lifetime of achievement in naturopathic medicine -- the Linus Pauling Award.

Thousands of forward-thinking doctors have sought him out for advice and guidance in seeking natural therapies for health problems that have defied drugs and conventional treatments...

And to many of his patients, he represents hope for progress in the safe treatment (or even the complete reversal) of diseases and illnesses that may have plagued them for decades -- and stumped their mainstream doctors many times over...

His name is Jonathan V. Wright, M.D. and he has made breakthrough cures and therapies that are delivering his patients -- and the patients of his disciples -- from the evils of both disease and the modern drugs that sometimes do more harm than good. In the years to come, these revelations will change medicine as we know it forever -- if the big-money drug interests and corrupt government don't succeed in quashing them first...

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

From a doctor's point of view, this story is life-saving. Let's share it with non-medical people.

Recognizing A Stroke
(a true story)

Susie is recuperating at an incredible pace for someone with a massive stroke, all because Sherry saw Susie stumble. She asked Susie the 3 questions, so simple, this literally saved Susie's life. Some angel sent it to Sherry and she did just what it said to do. Susie failed all three so 911 was called. Even though she had normal blood pressure readings and it did not appear to be a stroke as she could converse to some extent with the Paramedics, they took her to the hospital right away.

Thank God for the sense to remember the 3 steps!

Read and Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

*Ask the individual to SMILE.

*Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

*Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE.

If he/she has trouble with any of these tasks, call 911 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

After discovering that a group of nonmedical volunteers could identify facial weakness, arm weakness and speech problems, researchers urged the general public to learn the three questions. They presented their conclusions at the American Stroke Association's annual meeting. Widespread use of this test could result in prompt diagnosis and treatment of the stroke and prevent brain damage.

Choosing Your Medical Tourism Destination

There are certain medical treatments and surgeries that are either not covered by your health insurance or are too expensive to have in the United States. Going abroad on a medical tourism journey may be your only option. However, medical travel does not simply mean getting on a plane and fly to the nearest country that offers surgery or treatment services. There are certain things you should need to know and understand before deciding where to go.

The following provides a definitive guide on how to decide where to travel abroad for your medical procedure and what elements you should consider first before embarking on a journey.

Preliminary Considerations for Medical Travel

One of the most features of medical tourism that makes it more appealing for healthcare seekers is the wide variety of options available. Medical travelers can explore these options on their own and use their own resourcefulness, or they can simply coordinate with medical intermediaries for more convenience. These intermediaries also provide an all-in-one package that includes the cost of procedures, doctors’ fees, hospital fees, insurance, aftercare procedures, travel and accommodation.

Cost Considerations

The costs of medical procedures in medical travel destinations are significantly less than the costs compared to the US. Most of these expenses fall under hospital and doctors’ fees. However, other factors should be reviewed and included in with their budget. Calculating for the total cost should take into account all of these additional cost, which includes:

· Passport costs including travel visas and other document requirements
· Airfare going to the host country and back to the United States
· Airport pick-up upon arrival and departure
· Transport cost from hotels to health provider’s clinics or hospitals and vice versa
· Hotel accommodations
· Food, drinks, and tips
· International calls and other correspondence back home
· Medications and medical supplies
· Aftercare costs
· Contingencies

The following are cost comparisons between destination countries as compared to US retail procedural costs for typical healthcare and surgical treatments.

Hospital Certification

Most of the destination countries for medical travelers are increasingly providing better healthcare facilities that are built to global standards, as supported by their governments. The Joint Commission International (JCI), the leading medical accreditation organization in the US, has certified more than 220 hospitals, clinics and treatment centers all across the globe.

Aside from the JCI, there are other international accreditation bodies for healthcare facilities and these include Accreditation Canada (CCHSA), Trent Accreditation Scheme (TAS), The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), and International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), European Society for Quality in Healthcare (ESQH), and the International Organization for Standardization, more commonly known as ISO.

On top of international certifications, several foreign hospitals and healthcare clinics are owned, managed or affiliated with American hospitals, medical providers, and prestigious universities. Aside from this, destination countries also have their localized certification bodies, like the Indian Healthcare Federation that provides accreditation standards for the country’s local providers.

Doctor Qualifications

Foreign medical facilities employ internationally or US-certified medical staff. Many doctors, surgeons and nurses in these facilities are trained in countries like the UK or the United States, or are trained at levels at par with international standards. Many of these physicians have fellowships with American medical societies and have specialty certifications from an American medical board.

During the selection process for the foreign providers and physicians who will conduct your medical procedure, the following items should be considered first before choosing a particular doctor.

- The place of study and year the doctor graduated
- The place and duration of internship and training
- Local, American, or International board certification that the doctor has and the year it was obtained
- Membership with American or International medical societies.

Aside from certifications and accreditations for hospitals and doctors, a medical traveler should also consider the language factor in having a procedure offshore. It will only do them no good if the doctor, nurses and hospital staff will not be able to communicate with their patients in plain English.

Aftercare Considerations

A significant component in any medical procedure is aftercare. Medical travelers should ask and obtain the following information from their medical intermediary before finalizing their journey.

- The type of aftercare provided by the medical facility abroad.
- The length of stay before traveling back home.
- The availability of prescribed aftercare medication in the USA.
- Ease of contact with the medical staff abroad after returning home.
- Return visits requirements.
- Qualified medical staff affiliated with the medical tourism agency that can provide aftercare treatments as needed.

Insurance and Liability

One final issue for medical tourism is the question on liability. Despite the big savings that travelers can get, an increased risk may be apparent. If something goes wrong, the patient would have to work through the destination country’s legal system.

Accommodations and other Non-medical Related Considerations

Destination countries like India, Cuba, Mexico, Thailand, Philippines and other host nations are investing heavily in the medical tourism industry due to the considerable revenues it would bring to their country’s economy. In parallel with this growth, other hospitality industries are building themselves up to keep at par. This includes airports, transportation, hotels, resorts and other vacation spots. All-inclusive medical tourism packages provided by medical intermediaries usually consider all these amenities on top of the medical requirements.

Recommendations

People considering medical tourism to receive their needed healthcare or surgical procedures have a variety of options available at their disposal. However, careful research into the medical travel intermediary as well as the designated foreign health provider is necessary before committing yourself. Resources are available online and you can take advantage of these sources to find yourself the best medical tourism company, in a country of your choosing, that will provide the best services that you need.

Are You at Risk for a Dangerous Blood Clot?

It's one thing to have an incurable illness—but it's UNFORGIVABLE for you to suffer from a problem that already has a simple and safe remedy!

Did you ever think that poor circulation was an illness?

No?

What if poor circulation caused a blockage of blood flow to your heart? Doesn't that count as a serious heart problem?

Or what if poor blood flow prevented your brain from getting enough oxygen? Wouldn't this cause all sorts of mental problems like forgetfulness... foggy thinking... "senior moments"... or even a serious brain disaster?

What about the scores of health problems like constant fatigue... unexplainable muscle pain... and chronic depression? What if I told you blood flow of oxygen and nutrients to vital organs and tissues of your body had EVERYTHING to do with their optimal function? Well, guess what? They do!

If sticky blood triggers these health calamities—you can bet your bottom dollar poor circulation is a serious health problem!

Renegade Blood Clots Are Extremely Dangerous!

A blood clot is your body's natural response to a cut, scrape, injury or trauma. So you know what I am talking about, let me give you a simple overview of how blood clotting works.

To stop blood loss your body manufactures a protein called fibrin. Fibrin has a thread-like appearance and quickly forms a mesh to create a plug or clot over the wound site.

Within seconds, normal clotting occurs and prevents blood loss by sealing off the damaged blood vessels.

After the bleeding danger is over, you no longer need the blood clot. So your body produces a special enzyme called plasmin to target and dissolve the blood fibrin clots.

Unfortunately, as you get older, your ability to produce plasmin and break down blood clots significantly declines.

This means your blood can build up an excess of fibrin and become thick and gel-like.
Without sufficient plasmin to break up the fibrin, it's nearly impossible to dissolve clots. And this can cause some serious health problems.

If a clot breaks free and travels through your bloodstream, it's like a renegade on the loose! You don't know where it will turn up and what kind of trouble it's going to cause you.

Since clots were never intended to be long-term occupants in your veins or arteries, they can quickly slow down healthy circulation... block blood flow to your smaller vessels... lodge in your brain, lung, or heart... and wreak havoc on your entire body!

I'm going tell you about a remarkable, 1,000-year-old Japanese nutrient that can help you restore healthy blood flow—and help you avoid a dangerous health problem.

It's An Outrage You Haven't Heard About It Until Now!

The Japanese know how to help safely dissolve dangerous blood clots—and one of them is a remarkable cheesy-like delicacy that is remarkably powerful! It's called nattokinase—natto for short.

(photo from Wikipedia)

In fact, the Japanese have been using natto for over 1,000 years. This fermented soybean product is well known for its distinct taste and unique odor. The positive effects it has on your heart and vascular system are unbeatable!

Natto is made by adding the bacteria Bacillus natto to boiled soybeans and allowing the mixture to ferment.

Natto has the uncanny ability to help liquefy blood clots and help stop them from occurring in the first place!

In other words, Natto can help:
•Improve your overall circulation—keeping your artery walls flexible and supple too!
•Maintain normal blood pressure—to help prevent your heart from overworking!
•Relieve pain and discomfort caused by blood clots—a Godsend for sleepless nights!
•Restore muscle strength—and help you regain healthy vigor!
•Enhance your body's natural ability to fight clots—and helps dissolve existing clots!

Improve Blood Pressure Fast!

An amazing "side effect" of nattokinase is that it can help normalize your blood pressure!

When you take nattokinase, you help unclog the stickiness or dangerous clotting in your blood vessels. That means less blood pressure is needed to push the blood through your arteries—and over time less problems in the vessel walls. This powerful benefit was confirmed by a blue ribbon animal and human study in Japan.

In the first part of the study, laboratory rats were given the equivalent of 25 grams of natto cheese. In just two hours, their systolic blood pressure (the top number) dropped from 166mmHg to 145mmHg.

That's a 12.7% drop simply from adding natto to their diet!

The experiment then moved to human trials. Volunteers were given the equivalent of 200 mg of natto cheese. The results?

In just two hours, their systolic blood pressure decreased, on average, from 173mmHg to 155mmHg. Their diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) decreased, on average, from 101mmHg to 91mmHg.

That's a 10.9% drop in systolic blood pressure and a 9.7% drop in diastolic blood pressure!

Clearly, if you want to help naturally prevent blood clots—and help lower blood pressure at the same time—nattokinase may be just what you need!

The "Watchdog" Power of Nattokinase...

Taking Nattokinase before you develop a dangerous blood clot is like having a watchdog guarding your precious blood.

When nattokinase enzymes detect a clot formation—they quickly pounce on it and help break up the fibrin network that causes platelets and other agents to accumulate and create a clot.

This watchdog is even more vicious on existing clots! Nattokinase enzymes encircle the site of the clot and "chew up" the fibrin network so the pieces of clot can be swiftly cleaned out of your bloodstream.

That's crucial for helping to delay... avoid... and even improve "old age" health problems such as...
•Muscle pain
•High blood pressure
•Forgetfulness and "senior moments"
•Blood sugar imbalances
•Poor vision
•Leg and muscle cramps
•Varicose veins
•Low energy and fatigue
•Swelling and edema
•Cold hands and feet

Don't Wait For a Blood Clot to Wreak Havoc On Your Health!

Pharmaceutical companies don't want you to know about it... hospitals aren't interested in helping you prevent health problems... and your doctor probably hasn't had the time to read the research about this amazing circulation booster.

You can experience the benefits of nattokinase with a unique formula available exclusively from True Health™.

This powerful, clot-busting formula contains 100% nattokinase (150mg per daily serving)—the same high quality nutrient that's been shown by scientific research to help dissolve dangerous blood clots—and even help prevent them from occurring in the first place!

The Japanese have known for centuries the total health power of natto—and nattokinase—now you know too...

Yours for healthy living,
